How quickly will you reply?
Within one business day, Sunday to Thursday, Gulf Standard Time. The reply comes from an engineer who has read your brief, not an automated acknowledgement.
Can we visit your Dubai office?
Yes. We are at Al Abraj Street, Opal Tower, Office 805, Business Bay, Dubai — a short drive from DIFC and Downtown. Arrange a time and we will have the relevant technical lead in the room.
Do you charge for the first consultation?
No. The first call and a scoping conversation are free. Discovery — where we produce architecture, scope and a fixed price — is a paid two-week engagement, and its cost is credited against the build if you proceed.
What information should we send?
Whatever you have. A one-paragraph idea is enough to start. If you already have requirements, designs, an existing codebase or a regulatory constraint, send those too — they let us give you a far more useful first answer.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, routinely, and before any detailed discussion if you prefer. Send yours or ask for ours.
