Statements about UAE regulatory regimes — including VARA, DFSA, FSRA and SCA — describe the technical standards we build toward and are not a substitute for qualified counsel.

Indicative pricing

Prices shown are indicative ranges in UAE dirhams for scoping purposes only. Binding pricing is issued in a written proposal following a paid discovery engagement.

Engagements

Each engagement is governed by a separate signed agreement covering scope, price, timeline, intellectual property, confidentiality and liability. Those terms prevail over anything on this website. Unless that agreement states otherwise, the client owns all delivered source code, infrastructure configuration and documentation.

Intellectual property

The Technodigg name, logo, site design, copy and graphics are the property of Techno Digg Ltd. Third-party names and marks referenced on this site belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
