Wireframe & Design
Information architecture, wireframes, then a full design system in Figma with real content and every state designed — empty, loading, error, RTL. Prototypes go in front of real users before engineering starts.
Development
Two-week sprints against a visible board. Every increment is deployed to a staging URL you can open on your own phone, so progress is something you use rather than something we describe.
Debugging & Testing
