Managed IT Services & Enterprise IT Support in Dubai
Support for the systems your business runs on every day — laptops, accounts, networks, printers, cloud and the people using them. Book us by the hour when something breaks, or hand us the whole estate on a fixed monthly fee and stop thinking about it.
How we engage
- Free IT health check and a fixed quote before you commit to anything
- Pay by the hour, prepay a block of hours, or one monthly fee per user
- Remote fix first — an engineer on-site in Dubai the same business day when needed
- Support in English, Arabic, Urdu and Hindi; 24/7 cover available
What changes for your business
We scope against results you can measure in a quarter, not capabilities you can put on a slide.
Faster fixes
Most tickets closed remotely in the first session, by an engineer who already knows your setup.
Fewer incidents
Patching, monitoring and tested backups catch problems before your staff ever notice them.
Predictable cost
One monthly figure per user, or a prepaid hours bank — no surprise invoices for routine support.
One accountable team
Helpdesk, ISPs, hardware vendors and licences coordinated by us. You call one number.
Everything inside Managed IT
Six service areas, one team. Buy any of them on its own, or combine them into a single managed agreement with one SLA and one monthly invoice.
Hourly and on-demand IT support
No contract and no retainer — call when something needs fixing and pay only for the time it takes. Ideal for smaller offices without in-house IT, or as overflow capacity for a stretched internal team.
- Remote support billed in 15-minute increments after the first half hour
- On-site visits across Dubai with a one-hour minimum, travel within Dubai included
- Prepaid support banks of 10, 25 or 50 hours at a lower hourly rate
- Out-of-hours and weekend call-outs at a published surcharge, agreed before work starts
- Itemised time sheets with every invoice — what was done, by whom, for how long
- Upgrade path to a managed plan with prepaid hours credited against onboarding
Typical use: urgent fixes, office set-ups, one-off projects and holiday cover for internal IT staff.
Enterprise IT support and service desk
A full service desk for organisations that need defined response times, escalation paths and reporting — run on ITIL practices, with L1 to L3 engineers and a named service manager who owns your account.
- L1–L3 service desk by phone, email, WhatsApp and self-service portal
- ITIL-aligned incident, request, problem and change management
- Contractual SLAs by priority, with monthly performance reporting
- Co-managed IT — we work alongside your internal team, or replace a role entirely
- Resident or dedicated engineers for multi-site and high-volume environments
- Joiner, mover and leaver processes tied to your HR calendar
Typical result: a measurable SLA, a ticket history you can audit, and an IT function that scales with headcount.
Troubleshooting and incident resolution
When something stops working, the goal is to fix it today and make sure it doesn't come back next week. Every incident is diagnosed to its root cause, not just reset until it goes quiet.
- Network, Wi-Fi, VPN and internet-outage diagnosis, including ISP escalation
- Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, email delivery and identity issues
- Windows, macOS, mobile, printer and peripheral faults
- Server, NAS, firewall and switch failures with on-site recovery
- Security incidents — compromised accounts, phishing and malware containment
- Written root-cause reports for major incidents, with the fix that prevents a repeat
Typical result: recurring tickets fall sharply in the first quarter as root causes get fixed rather than patched over.
IT logistics and deployment
Getting the right equipment to the right desk, in every emirate, on the right day. We handle sourcing, staging, delivery and installation — and the paperwork that comes with it.
- Hardware procurement through UAE distributors, with VAT invoices and local warranty
- Staging, imaging and asset-tagging before anything leaves our bench
- Delivery and installation across all seven emirates
- Office moves, new-branch fit-outs and desk relocations, planned around working hours
- Warranty claims, RMAs, loan devices and repair coordination with vendors
- Spares pool and short-term storage for fast replacement of failed equipment
Typical result: new sites and office moves land on schedule, with users working on day one.
Every device tracked from the day it is bought to the day it is retired. New joiners get a laptop that is ready to use when they open the box; leavers' devices are wiped, reissued or retired with a certificate.
- Zero-touch provisioning with Windows Autopilot, Intune and Apple Business Manager
- Standard device builds per role, with apps, policies and security baselines applied
- Mobile device management for laptops, phones and tablets — including BYOD
- Live asset register: owner, location, warranty, licence and refresh date
- Licence management for Microsoft 365 and line-of-business software
- End-of-life collection, certified data wiping and disposal through our ITAD service
Typical result: onboarding drops to hours instead of days, and you always know who has which device.
Proactive monitoring, security and backup
The best support ticket is the one that never gets raised. Managed plans include continuous monitoring and maintenance in the background, so problems are caught and fixed before they interrupt anyone's day.
- 24/7 monitoring of servers, network devices, endpoints and internet links
- Scheduled patching for operating systems and third-party applications
- Endpoint protection, email filtering and multi-factor authentication rollout
- Microsoft 365 and server backup — with restore tests, not just backup reports
- Firewall, Wi-Fi and user-access reviews on a fixed schedule
- Monthly health reports and a quarterly review of risks, spend and refresh plans
Typical result: fewer outages, verified recoverability, and a security posture you can show an auditor.
Pay by the hour, or by the month
Start with whichever fits today. Prepaid hours are credited if you move to a managed plan later.

Response times you can hold us to
On managed and enterprise plans these are contractual, reported monthly, and start from the moment a ticket is logged.
| Priority | What it means | Response | Resolution / on-site |
|---|---|---|---|
| P1 Critical | Business cannot work — outage, server down, security incident | 15 minutes | Engineer assigned until resolved; on-site in Dubai within 4 business hours |
| P2 High | A team or key system is degraded | 1 hour | Target resolution within 8 business hours |
| P3 Normal | One user affected, or a workaround exists | 4 business hours | Target resolution within 2 business days |
| P4 Low | Requests, changes and how-to questions | Next business day | Scheduled at an agreed time |
On-site times apply within Dubai; other emirates are scheduled the same or next business day. Business hours are Sunday to Thursday, 09:00–18:00 GST. 24/7 critical cover is available on enterprise agreements.
IT support built around how UAE offices run
Supporting offices here has its own practicalities. Many teams work Sunday to Thursday while head offices and suppliers abroad work Monday to Friday, so we cover both. Business-tower access, after-hours work permits and loading-bay bookings in Business Bay, DIFC, DMCC and the free zones are arranged in advance, not discovered on the day. Staff are multilingual, so is our helpdesk, and Arabic keyboard layouts and right-to-left applications are part of every standard build. Hardware is sourced through UAE distributors so warranties are honoured locally. And where data residency matters, Microsoft 365 tenants can be hosted in Microsoft's UAE datacentres, with access and records handled in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law.
Delivered across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain and Al Ain — and for clients operating from Business Bay, DIFC, DMCC Crypto Centre, Dubai Internet City.

Managed IT FAQs
Cost, timelines, data residency and the questions UAE clients ask us most.
How much does IT support cost in Dubai?
Hourly support starts at AED 250 per hour remotely and AED 350 per hour on-site, with no contract. Prepaid support banks start from AED 2,200 for 10 hours. Fully managed IT starts from AED 175 per user per month, including unlimited remote helpdesk, monitoring and patching. Enterprise and co-managed agreements are quoted after a free IT audit. All prices exclude VAT.
Do you offer pay-as-you-go hourly IT support?
Yes. There is no contract or retainer. Remote support is billed in 15-minute increments after the first half hour, and on-site visits in Dubai have a one-hour minimum with travel included. Every invoice comes with an itemised time sheet.
How quickly do you respond?
On managed and enterprise plans, critical issues (P1 — the business cannot work) get a response within 15 minutes, high-priority issues within one hour, and normal requests within four business hours. On-demand hourly tickets are handled in order of receipt during business hours, with urgent call-outs available at a surcharge.
Which areas do you cover on-site?
Engineers reach most of Dubai the same business day. Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain and Al Ain are covered by scheduled visits, usually the same or next business day. Remote support is available anywhere.
Can you work alongside our internal IT team?
Yes — co-managed IT is common. We can run the helpdesk while your team focuses on projects, provide out-of-hours and holiday cover, take on specific areas like networking or device provisioning, or act as escalation for complex issues.
What systems do you support?
Windows and macOS devices, iOS and Android, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Entra ID and Intune, file servers and NAS, firewalls, switches and Wi-Fi, printers, VoIP phones and meeting-room equipment, plus the line-of-business applications your teams use day to day.
How does device provisioning work for new joiners?
With Windows Autopilot, Intune and Apple Business Manager, a new laptop can be shipped straight to the employee and configures itself on first sign-in — apps, policies, security settings and all. For shared or specialised devices, we stage and test them on our bench before delivery.
What happens to old laptops and servers?
We collect them, wipe data to NIST 800-88 standards with a certificate for every device, and either refurbish, resell or recycle them through UAE-approved facilities. You get serial-level records for your asset register and auditors.
Is 24/7 support available?
Yes. Enterprise agreements include 24/7 cover for critical incidents. Managed plans can add out-of-hours P1 cover, and hourly clients can book out-of-hours or weekend work in advance at a published rate.
