Internal AI Knowledge Assistants for UAE Enterprises
Part of AI & Business Automation
Your policies, contracts, specifications and past projects already contain the answers your team keeps interrupting each other for. We make that searchable in plain language — grounded, cited, and respecting who is allowed to see what.
Engaging us for Knowledge Assistants
- Paid two-week discovery producing scope, architecture and a fixed price
- Delivery in two-week increments to a staging URL you can open anytime
- Named technical lead for the full engagement, Gulf Standard Time hours
- Source code, infrastructure and documentation yours from commit one
Knowledge Assistants capabilities
Six areas we deliver in production — not a slide deck of things we could theoretically attempt.
Retrieval across your systems
SharePoint, Google Drive, Confluence, network shares, email archives and your own databases indexed into one searchable knowledge layer.
Answers with citations
Every response points to the source document, page and revision, so a reader can verify rather than trust.
Permission inheritance
Access control inherited from your existing systems, so the assistant never surfaces a document the person asking could not already open.
Arabic and English in one index
Bilingual retrieval including scanned Arabic paperwork via OCR, so the Arabic half of your archive stops being invisible.
Freshness and supersession
Version awareness so a withdrawn policy stops being quoted as current, with review workflows for owners.
Evaluation and monitoring
A test suite built from your team's real questions, re-run on every change, with quality reported honestly rather than by demo.
Deployed where your data is allowed to live
For banking, healthcare, legal, energy and government-adjacent organisations in the UAE, the blocker on internal AI is almost never usefulness — it is where the data goes. We deploy on Azure UAE North, AWS Bahrain and G42 so content stays in-region, and for the strictest cases we run open-weight models entirely inside your network so nothing leaves it at all. The second regional constraint is language: a large share of enterprise archives here are bilingual, and a meaningful portion of the Arabic material is scanned rather than digital. An assistant that cannot read Arabic PDFs is an assistant that can only answer half of the questions.
Delivered across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain and Al Ain — and for clients operating from Business Bay, DIFC, DMCC Crypto Centre, Dubai Internet City.
How your Knowledge Assistants project runs
Requirements & Planning
We interrogate the brief before we price it — commercial goals, regulatory perimeter, integration reality and the constraints nobody wrote down. You leave discovery with a scoped backlog, architecture, fixed price and a delivery date we intend to keep.
Wireframe & Design
Information architecture, wireframes, then a full design system in Figma with real content and every state designed — empty, loading, error, RTL. Prototypes go in front of real users before engineering starts.
Development
Two-week sprints against a visible board. Every increment is deployed to a staging URL you can open on your own phone, so progress is something you use rather than something we describe.
Debugging & Testing
Automated unit, integration and end-to-end suites in CI, plus manual QA on real devices, load testing, accessibility audit and — for anything touching value — independent security review.
MVP Launch
Staged rollout with monitoring, alerting and rollback rehearsed in advance. Store submissions, DNS, SSL, analytics and search infrastructure are handled by us, not handed to you as a checklist.
Maintenance & Growth
SLA-backed support, dependency and security patching, performance budgets held to, and a quarterly roadmap review that ties the next build to what the data is actually telling you.

Knowledge Assistants FAQs
Cost, timelines, compliance and the questions clients in the UAE ask us most.
How is this different from just using ChatGPT?
A general assistant knows nothing about your contracts, your pricing or your policies, and cannot be held to your permission model. This is retrieval over your own content with citations, access control inherited from your existing systems, and deployment inside a boundary your security team approves.
Can our documents stay inside the UAE?
Yes. Azure UAE North, AWS Bahrain and G42 for in-region deployment, or fully on-premise with open-weight models where nothing may leave your network.
How do we know the answers are right?
Every answer cites its source, so verification takes seconds. Beyond that, we build an evaluation set from your team's real questions and re-run it on every change, and we report accuracy figures from that set rather than from a demo.
Will it leak confidential documents between teams?
No — permissions are inherited from your source systems and enforced at retrieval time, so a user only ever gets answers drawn from documents they could already open. We test this explicitly with role-based scenarios before launch.
How much does it cost?
A scoped assistant over a defined document set typically runs AED 60,000 to AED 180,000. Enterprise-wide deployments with multiple sources, permission integration and on-premise hosting run higher. Inference and hosting are ongoing costs we model upfront.
